How we protect the community

Adults only. VISO is for people aged 18+. Accounts that appear to belong to minors are closed.
Real-person verification helps confirm that profile photos belong to a live person and reduces fake accounts.
Automated and human moderation. Images, posts, messages and samples of live video are checked for nudity, violence, scams and fake live appearances, and flagged items are reviewed by our team.
Report and block are available on every profile, chat and room.
Payment protection. Purchases go through Google Play, the App Store or trusted payment providers; we investigate fraud and refund abuse.

Keep personal details — address, workplace, financial information — private.
Never send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you met online, whatever the story.
Be wary of anyone who quickly asks to move to another app, professes love very fast or talks about investments.
Do not share intimate images. If someone threatens to share images of you, stop responding, report them and contact local police.
VISO staff will never ask for your password or verification codes.
